⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ D and L: The new STORM (Special Team of Role Models) program is AWESOME!!! My grandson loves this class led by Mr. Stafford. He's eager to do his workbook at home and loves the leadership opportunities he is being given. Last Saturday the STORM team set up for graduation and all members assisted the instructors during graduation... even the younger ones. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ C Chooch: "Super Kicks is an amazing experience. All ages, including adults, are training at the same time. I love that the whole family, or just the kids, are equally welcome and each challenged appropriate to their ability (or in my case, according to my 40+ year old lack of flexibility). Over the last 2 years this has been the bright part of my twice weekly routine, both for myself and for the bonding with my boys. My boys are more confident, coordinated, flexible and fit. I notice that I feel better than I have in years. We are approaching our black belts and I don't see us stopping there! There is no better way to bond with your family and SHOW your children that fitness matters!"

So as you're learning karate skills, building strength, etc., you also hear positive ways to deal with real life situations. It never hurts to have more reinforcement that having a strong mind is just as important as a strong body! We also highly recommend the birthday parties Super Kicks offers. Mr. Bryant kept a room full of kids entertained (ages 2-12) and everyone, including the parents loved it!"
