Grandin Court Elem: Guest Week!
A Huge thank you to Grandin Court Elementary for inviting us to come participate in your P.E. classes and share some of our life skills.
We did some fun karate agility training and told the kids about some of the characteristcs that are important to become a black belt. Things like having Commitment / showing Courtesy / and having Confidence in yourself.
We're inviting all the GCES families to come play with us at karate this week! Take a class then we will spin our game wheel and play one of our karate games 😁
Spring Break Wizarding Karate Camp!
For our next karate camp we will be embracing a Wizarding theme :)
Self Defense Workshop
Working on practical self-defense concepts all the way from:
Tactics to avoid situations
Ways to break someone's grip
Striking with the most effective ways to hit that maximize your power
